The Light Rail goes from Exchange Place to Liberty State Park.

From the Exchange Place PATH subway station, just go to street level and then walk one block south-west to the Light Rail stop.

Also, a ferry from New York City docks at Liberty State Park. That is just two blocks south-west from the Light Rail stop.

Though walking from Exchange Place to Liberty State Park is possible, it would be quite a hike for most people.
