Yes, there is parking parking at the park itelf. In addition, it seems that the concert production company will be providing additional parking. Updated information, will be posted at GET NJ as soon as it becomes available.

If you look at the map of Liberty State Park at GET NJ, the Bocelli concert is going to be held in the area between the CRRNJ Terminal and the North Cove.
