There's and Econo Lodge in Jersey City at 750 Tonnelle Avenue (201-420-9040). That's near Manhattan Avenue.

This section of Jersey City is mixed commercial and industrial. Access to New York City is not as good as sections nearer to the PATH subway.

Could you give me some idea why you're coming to Jersey City? If you are visiting relatives, where do they live? When I know this, I'll have a better idea if this hotel is appropriate for you.
