8/27/01 around 7AM in the morning I saw a police SUV making a U turn into a private garage and going toward Summit Ave. So I thought he must have an emergency or something. He had passed the red light in front of the but entrance of Journal Square Station without letting everyone know that he is doing that. And where did I see him go into??
Dunkin Donuts!!!! What is this?
Don't we all have to follow the rules regardless of our position or rank in the society?
I certainly don't think that going to Dunkin Donuts for Coffee and a bowtie donut is an emergency!

I really do think that he really made fool of himself and the police department.
