I'm writing from Florida. Is there anyone there that can tell me if residents are experiencing inbound/outbound phone trouble on home, cell and payphones? I'm trying to get in touch w/ my friend and haven't been able to get through at all since this tragedy. I would GREATLY appreciate any info.
