Is a semi truck a tractor? A trailer?
Or a tractor and a trailer?
If it's just a tractor, I'd suspect that he could
park it at one of parking lots at Jersey City's
Exchange Place (Montgomery Street at the Hudson
River). From there he could take the Light Rail
to Liberty State Park.
In general, this is a good idea for anybody. After
parking at Exchange Place, you can eat at any of
the fine restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.
The Light Rail gets to Liberty State Park in around
five minutes.
