Another possibility is the LIGHTSHIP BARGE & GRILL on Audrey Zapp Drive at Liberty State Park.
The bar is open 7 days a week from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM; the restaurant closes at 8pm.

: You can get an even better view of the World Financial Center / Ground Zero site from J. Owen Grundy Pier Park at Exchange Place in Jersey City. It's open all night.
: You can take the Light Rail to Exchange Place. Unfortunately, the Exchange Place PATH subway station is still closed, but you can go to the Grove Street station and walk the few blocks down Christopher Columbus Drive to Exchange Place.
: If you're driving, J. Owen Grundy Pier Park is at the foot of Montgomery Street in Jersey City.
