Liberty State Park is extremely safe.
Liberty State Park was always rigorously patrolled by New Jersey State Park rangers. Since 9/11, Federal Park police also are on duty there.
: My husband and I are planning a trip to see the Statue of Liberty and we ride a Goldwing motorcycle. We were wondering if the park is in a good part of town where we won't have to worry about it while were gone. I've read on the internet that Battery Park isn't safe, but The Liberty State Park didn't say one way or the other. If you could let me know I would greatly appreciate it.
