This year's Caribbean Festival will be held on July 27 from 2PM to 10PM.
The festival is at Exchange Place, Jersey City. That is where Montgomery Street reaches the Hudson River. Ferries, the Light Rail, and many buses go there directly. The Grove Street PATH subway station is just a few blocks away.
The parade starts at Lincoln Park and proceeds down Kennedy Boulevard to Montgomery Street.
