Yes, Burma Road is in the Liberty State Park Area.
Where are you coming from?
The Garfield Avenue busses of the Central Avenue bus line go from Union City (Summit Avenue at the Jersey City border) down Central Avenue to the Journal Square Transportation Center. From there they proceed to Garfield Avenue to Liberty State Park.
I'll have to check the exact route to Garfield Avenue and the schedule.
