Hello,
I was wondering if someone could help me out with this.
I tried calling the phone number for Lincoln Park in the phone book
to see if one needed a permit to clean the park or the streets for that matter
(with a volunteer group that is) but the phone number
was disconnected!! I was hoping to find answers on this
web page. Does anyone know if a person or volunteer
group would need a permit to clean up Jersey City?
I would greatly appreciate it.
