: Hello,

: I was wondering if someone could help me out with this.
: I tried calling the phone number for Lincoln Park in the phone book
: to see if one needed a permit to clean the park or the streets for that matter
: (with a volunteer group that is) but the phone number
: was disconnected!! I was hoping to find answers on this
: web page. Does anyone know if a person or volunteer
: group would need a permit to clean up Jersey City?
: I would greatly appreciate it.

: Thanks!

In Jersey City, no permit is required for a volunteer effort.

Lincoln Park is administered by the County. They require a letter stating who, what, where, and why. Send it to:

Hudson County Parks
Thomas McCann
Division Chief
43rd and Kennedy Boulevard
Bayonne, NJ 07002

Their new phone number is 201-459-2139.
