Hello, I am contemplating buying a condo in JC on St. Paul's avenue in St Johns Condos. It is four blocks from the journal square path station. I need to know how this area is, I'm a SWF, and I will be commuting early in the morning and late at night through the PATH, I'm wondering if its safe to do this walk alone? Also, is it reasonable for a 985 sq ft condo to be $285,000 for that area? Thanks!
