If the house is 220,000 and the land is 60,000 then the total value is 280,000 roughly. If the tax rate is 45.48 per assessed value ( which is 100% of market value in New Jersey ) then it goes like this:
280,000
X 45.48/1000

It comes out to roughly $12,734.40 in property taxes without any exemptions.
