Dear Olga Sommers/ smitkin/ Smith
I wanted to write this to let you know you can come out of the birthmother shadows. My adoptee search for you is ended. Your secret is safe. The politicians and doctors and lawmakers have kept your secret for sixty years. It is a shame that you will never know the three boys you gave up. Two are now gone, I am left. I was born Ronald in 1946. Edward and charles, the twins born to you in 45 are gone. I had the privilidge of knowing one of my brothers for the last five years of his life.
It is a shame you did not. I am not bitter, just sad. I will always wonder who you were.
