Tenants who are given a rent increase above the permitted amount may file a complaint with the Division of Tenant/Landlord Relations, Rent Leveling Office, located on the 4th floor at 30 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, New Jersey. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
