Born: September 13, 1945 in Jersey City, NJ Divorced with grown children

EMPLOYMENT:

Licensed Real Estate Broker/Salesperson, currently with Weichert Realtors, Edison, NJ. A player in the Middlesex County market since 1975. Honored with numerous recognition awards for achievements in residential resale. Excels at appraising property values and uses, mortgage processing and financing. Currently is promoting a new venture, “An Eye For Perfection”, for not only assisting real estate sales/purchase but in also creatively solving related problems within the scope of homeownership. They include, but are not limited to, home remodeling and planning, landscaping problems, creative use of space and furnishings and, in general, a Problem Solver.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

MS Office trainer, web tools, Java Script, web-site development. Some expertise in construction including general carpentry, plumbing and electrical trades.

PREVIOUS:

Managed a sub-contracting tool and die production enterprise with duties including time/cost estimating, machine set-up and assembly.

CURRENT MISSION:

To take on a 25 week job interview for the position of Member of the House of Representatives representing New Jersey’s 13^th Congressional District.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Elected to the Woodbridge Township Board of Education serving on the Building and Grounds, Insurance, Supply and Transportation Committees.
Orchestrated the campaign to have the Perth Amboy Board of Education’s meetings televised.
Served as a Commissioner of Woodbridge Township Industrial Affairs contributing to the Downtown Merchant’s Association finding solutions for traffic and parking issues and developmental possibilities for properties throughout the Township
Planned and Manages fund-raising events for political and fraternal organizations including the Perth Amboy Knights of Columbus’ 100^th Anniversary; serving regularly as Toastmaster and Emcee.
Founder and Executive Director of the Perth Amboy Pro-Arts Council, a non-profit corporation encouraging local interest in fine and performing arts.
Was a candidate for the office of Middlesex County Surrogate, 1984

EDUCATION:

Graduate of Control Data Institute; computer programming and operation Professional School of Business, Union, NJ
Attended Montclair State College majoring in Math/Education
