And isn't it time the council passed an ordinace against VERTICLE bumper stickers that wind up plastered all over the light poles? If you take the time, you can still find stickers for Wally and Marilyn, and others stuck high up on poles in obscure parts of town. After that carnival with 19 caidndates some years ago.... it took the Public Works guys months to clean up the mess.

I only saw one that was defaced by a magic markered "X." As it was kept up in that sorry state for a week, my assumption is that the damage is intentionally inflicted by the person living there.
