You should stop trying to scare people. Jerry Healy is not Gerry McCann. He is not going to set out to end careers and fire a bunch of people. : Joseph Castagna was the orchestrator of the Danny Mc Mann debacle he opted to look the other way rather than do the right thing. He allowed McMann to have essentially a no show job where he got over $50,000 per year and did nothing. The $105,000 in penaltiues and fees imposed on the city were Joe Castagna fault. He opted to do Lou Manzo's bidding and not exercise his job as a supervisor. He should have written McMann up but instead pushed it off on Director Lamboy who did the right thing. Director Lamboy is a man that when the chips are down you can be sure he would act with alacrity and honesty
