Although these were actually operatives for McCAnn (Bobby Jackson as we called him was McCAnn's council President was trained by him) Bobby J was the People who ran Willie Floods campaing. Healy accctyually put the least effort in the Absentee, provisional etc. Anybody who wants to bet the $20,000.00 that Louie Didn't claim should set thier money that Healy will lose significantly in the recounts.
