Captain Clueless to the bridge!

This ship is sinking!

No one is working in the Mayor's Office. No phone are answered, no calls are returned, no business is going on, people dissapear for hours, come in late, leave early or don't even show up at all and don;t call in - yet paychecks are being handed out.

All the Staff are taking their lead from their magnifcant leaders, Captain Clueless and Healy the No Show.

Healy missed the 4th of July Fireworks as the Mayor of the 2nd largest city in NJ cause he didn't want to bother coming up from the shore, it was too nice down there.

His Aides - Dumb and Dumber - Reilly and Moriarty, have no real job descriptions and come and go when they please. They can't even tell you why no one can answer a phone down there.

The Press Secretary Maria Pig complains all the time no one is around then goes off to liquid lunches.

Stan Easton is doing the same job but Healy has to pay two people and gets no positive press out of City Hall. Wonder how she really got her job?

Deputy Chief of Staff Dominick the Penguin is away to squash grapes in Italy.

And Captain Clueless finds new ways to cheat the system and the taypayers. For $90,000, he can't do the job, can't put in a full day's work and needs to get his 9 iron replaced because it's getting to much wear and tear. He's got to take care of the Cunningham people first and prepare for his next run for office.

Must be nice to work in the mayor's office.
