: Truth of the matter is that Carl did not ask to speak he was there representing Mayor Healy. The words he spoke were directly from the Mayor and not himself. He was there to present a proclamation to the Governor of Puerto Rico. He did not endorse Corzine, and he did not endorse the Democratic ticket as you state.
