The same low-lifes are still getting no-bid contracts from the Degise Administration. He picked up right where Janiszewski left off. Janiszewski even gave Degise a 'new' cookie jar along with instructions on how to fill it properly. Think this is bs? Check how many contracts Janiszewski's BA currently has with the county. Some things don't change.
