: For well over a year now, from time to time I see messages on my ignorance of spelling.  When quickly typing in a reply, I might be guitly of a typo now and again.  Even with that in mind, I have to wonder about the frequent admonition that I "sure need to learn how to spell."  Perhaps you don't understand that when I post under the UBERHIPPY persona I often transcribe Jersey City dialect?  At any rate, if I do make an error in spelling, please do bring attention to it.  But, if you don't have something to which to point, please give that angle a rest.  

: From now on, any posts stating that I am an idiot are to be deleted.  Clearly, that is not true.  If anyone wants to say that I act AS IF I am an idiot, that remains protected as free speech.

: What is the difference between a Holy Idiot and a Saint?  A Saint shows people what to do by good example.  A Holy Idiot shows people what not to do by bad example.  

: To continue with the sermon, imagine the Beetle's walrus on the Titanic, stretched out perhaps, on an upper deck.  For the walrus, the sinking only would have been an opportunity for a relaxing swim.
