La Guerre!
Pizza Price War Rocks Jersey City!

Downtown's 3 Boys From Italy Pizzeria (415 Monmouth Street, 201-795-5427), and neighbor Frank's Pizzeria (415 1/2 Monmouth Street, 201-798-3044, Fax: 201-795-2122) have locked horns. Who's going to be the winner? The customers!

3 Boys From Italy is a more conventional pizza emporium. The lights are bright. The oven is in the center of the shop. The customers tend to be quiet.

Frank's is different in many more ways than just that little 1/2 on the address. The lights are low. MTV yells from overhead speakers and a screen. Crowds of well-behaved young people energetically discuss the day at school - when not involved in one of the arcade games. The neighborhood old-timers also are very animated, perhaps discussing the fine points of the culinary arts with Frank.

Yes, but which has the better pie?

You be the judge! Try them both!

3 Boys From Italy and Frank's both deliver throughout the Jersey City area.
