Thanks for the tip. I will attempt to reach out to the person as they may not know that their driveway will impede the progress of the neighborhood as a whole. They may be also unaware that this is now illegal. As to whom should be contacted, I would assume that zoning should be contacted but am not sure. We can address this at tomorrow night's meeting.
