: We will be holding our next West Bergen/Lincoln Park Neighbourhood Coalition meeting on Tuesday 11th January at St. Paul's Church, 38 Duncan Avenue (between Bergen and the Boulevard) at 7:00pm.

: We are working to get our new West District Police Captain, Willy Costigan to come.  If he isn't available, we will be hosting Tony Lambiazzi of the city's Zoning department who will discuss the proper procedures regarding addressing illegal parking pads and other zoning issues that have a negative impact on our neighbourhood.  Please do plan on attending this meeting and bring a neighbour with you.

: Another meeting date that you may wish to keep in mind, Bergen Communities United (BCU), a roundtable of neighbourhood leaders for the area spanning Summit Avenue to Kennedy Boulevard and Highland Avenue to Communipaw will be hiring a community planner on 21st January (kindly note that our WB/LPNC boundaries are from Bergen to West Side and from Montgomery to Communipaw).  Bergen Communities United is an initiative of Fairmount Housing.  West Bergen/Lincoln Park Neighbourhood Coalition is represented on it's steering committee by Charlene Burke, President.  If you would like to come to the meeting where the BCU Steering Committee will be interviewing the planners and perhaps you have a question that you would like asked, please do plan on attending.  This hiring meeting will begin at 6:30pm on 21st January at the New City Church which is located at 240 Fairmount Avenue (between Bergen and Monticello).  There are 3 planners that will be interviewed and voted on by the Steering Committee at the end of the meeting.
