When I contacted the Real Estate Division of Jersey City, I requested the price for the building on Boland Street and Montgomery.
This property is lusted for by the Parking Authority, (and they may turn around and give the property to St. Peter's College.

After being given information,( that in some cases was completely illegal),I spoke to Catrillo.
He said "What's wrong with giving it (The Municipal Building) to St. Peter's?"

If Jersey City has a Municipal Property, and that property is not in use, it is still the responsibility of Jersey City to maintain that property.
How can that be done, if Jersey City refuses to maintain it? THE PROPERTY IS BOARDED UP, AND IT HAS A LEAKY ROOF. IS THERE A TARP ON THE ROOF?
How can a municipal property be for sale if it has no price? Where is the property listed?
