Dan, thanks for the update. We will need to keep an eye on this for if this deal does go thru, then the result for us will be a parking lot in the middle of Duncan Avenue, which is a residential block. If the PA creates a parking lot there on Duncan, whose street is next?


: I wanted to update everyone on the latest news regarding the McGinley Square parking lot (on Fairmont and Monticello), which has been under heavy dispute.

: As of right now, although the developer was initially denied a grant to build affordable housing on the lot, he has reapplied to get the grants which are being given out in November.

: Basicaly, we are not in the clear yet. There is a chance that the grant will go through and the building will resume. For now , we will have to wait in suspense until early November.

: If the grant is denied, then we will work with the Parking Authority to not only maintain, but improve the lot.
