This is more of the city's underhanded dealings where they intentionally leave the community that will be affected out of the process. We are trying to mount a challenge to all this by way of a fundraiser for legal fees. Will you be at the next meeting? If so, please speak up on this.

: When I contacted the Real Estate Division of Jersey City, I requested the price for the building on Boland Street and Montgomery.
: This property is lusted for by the Parking Authority, (and they may turn around and give the property to St. Peter's College.

: After being given information,( that in some cases was completely illegal),I spoke to Catrillo.
: He said "What's wrong with giving it (The Municipal Building) to St. Peter's?"

: If Jersey City has a Municipal Property, and that property is not in use, it is still the responsibility of Jersey City to maintain that property.
: How can that be done, if Jersey City refuses to maintain it? THE PROPERTY IS BOARDED UP, AND IT HAS A LEAKY ROOF. IS THERE A TARP ON THE ROOF?
: How can a municipal property be for sale if it has no price? Where is the property listed?
